Release and Hold Harmless Texas International Fishing Tournament, SPI Convention Center and Sea Ranch II at Southpoint Marina

For good and valuable consideration, including the acceptance of my/my minor child’s entry or participation in the Texas International Fishing Tournament (TIFT)/TIFT CARES program and/or events held at SPI Convention Center, and Sea Ranch II at Southpoint Marina, the undersigned and my/my minor child’s respective heirs, successors, beneficiaries and assigns hereby RELEASE AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS the TIFT, SPI Convention Center, Sea Ranch II at Southpoint Marina and the Board of Directors, owners, management of the same and their respective heirs, successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees and agents, (“Releasees”) from and against any damages or claims whatsoever, including, without limitation, claims for personal injury, death, damage to personal property, slander, libel or any other cause of action including any and all claims arising out of Releasees’ negligence arising in any way out of my/my minor child’s entry or participation in the tournament or any of its related activities. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT I AM WAVIING MY/MY MINOR CHILD’S RIGHT TO SUE RELEASEES.

Photographic Consent and Release Form
I hereby grant TIFT their full and unlimited consent to use any of the photographs, videos and/or audio recordings, taken or recorded in relation to TIFT, in which my/my minor child’s voice and/or likeness may appear. TIFT may use said photographs, video or audio recordings for any purpose it deems, including, but not limited to, advertising and marketing, promotion, resale, or the like without compensation or any restriction.
